UPDATED! Full List of Fall Classes

UPDATE:
Classes are going so well, I have updated the class schedule to add more classes where you've asked for them, and moved the less popular classes to other time slots. Here is the UPDATED calendar! All classes are held at the Maple Ridge Community Centre, in HealthGirl Studio, room 15, unless otherwise stated:


Monday:
9:30-10:30AM - Beginner Hatha Yoga
6:00-7:00PM - Beginner Power Yoga
7:30-8:30PM - Beginner Yin Yoga

Tuesday:
9:30-10:30AM – Back Care Yoga
6:00-7:00PM - Beginner Power Yoga
7:30-8:30PM - Beginner Hatha Yoga

Wednesday:
9:30-10:30AM – Beginner Yin Yoga
4:30-5:30PM - Beginner Hatha Yoga
6:00-7:00PM - Beginner Power Yoga
7:30-8:30PM - Beginner Yin Yoga

Thursday:
6:00-7:00PM - Beginner Power Yoga

Friday:
