Take the Weekend to REST!

You've worked hard this week. Take the weekend to rest and have fun! 
Find some activity you love and do that instead of a traditional workout.
Have a cheat meal (within reason!) that you enjoy, and savour every bite.
Spend some time with friends and family.
Hang out on the couch and play video games.
