Full Body HIIT - With Toys!

Hey everyone, we've got another workout for you today, this time adding in some props to give you that extra oomph. But don't worry! If you don't have a stepper, you can use an actual stair, or use a very sturdy chair. If you use a chair, make sure it is very solid and perhaps put it against a wall so it won't move on you - injuring yourself is NOT part of the program! ;)

This is suitable for just about everyone, I give alternatives for those of you who need a bit less, or a bit more of a challenge.
